Guoying Du
Guoying Du is a director and vice president of our company. He is currently responsible for our nationwide distribution business. Prior to his appointment as vice president in 2005, Mr. Du was the general manager of Shanghai HJX, our subsidiary company in charge of the manufacturing and production of Ozing. Mr. Du served as general manager of Beijing BABAKA Technology Development Co., Ltd. from 1997 to 2004. During the period from 1995 to 1997, Mr. Du worked with Huasheng Industrial Trading Co., Ltd. as a manager. Mr. Du graduated from Henan Normal University in 1994 majoring in Chinese Literature and received his EMBA from the Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business in China.
