 Wei-shin Tsay Dr. Tsay brings over 18 years of fiber optics experience to AFOP. Most recently, he was Director of Marketing for the Asia/Pacific region for the Transmission Systems Division of JDS Uniphase. He also held other engineering and operational management positions within JDS Uniphase. Previously, Dr. Tsay spent 14 years in AT&T Bell Labs and Lucent Microelectronics in technical and product management roles. Dr. Tsay holds a Master of Science degree in Manufacturing Systems Engineering from Lehigh University, a Ph.D. in physics from the University of Rochester and a Bachelor of Science in physics from the National Tsing-Hua University in Hsin-Chu, Taiwan. |
