The original Aria was founded in October of 2003 for the purpose of designing and implementing surveillance and communications systems in support of the United States Marine Corps (USMC) and Coalition Forces in Iraq. Having served in 2002 and the majority of 2003 as the Chief of Counter Proliferation at the US Central Command (CENTCOM), founder Mr. Mike “Bing” Crosby (Commander, US Navy) was familiar with the security situation in Iraq and the need for an integrated surveillance and communications infrastructure in the country’s western provinces.
In support of the USMC, Aria formed and deployed a team composed of international experts to implement a secure communications system that allowed the Marines to operate helicopters at low altitudes and to provide communications to ground forces during various operations; e.g. Fallujah 2004. This same team makes up the core of Aria today.
Aria International Incorporated was formed on July 10, 2008 for the purposes of consolidating the original entity Aria Inc. with Aria International and its new and revived business plan. The opportunity to conduct the reverse merger with TRICORD Hurricane Holdings was introduced and concluded on March 3, 2009. The surviving entity Aria International Holdings, Inc. is a Nevada Company with Aria International Incorporated as its wholly owned operating company.
