HIGHLIGHTS

Expanded Services/National Accounts: CCNI has reduced its dependence on construction and other types of recession-sensitive work by accelerating its expansion into areas such as hospitality and event services, disaster relief and recovery work, and by providing workers to multiple sites for large national companies. While an average business customer might require 5-10 workers daily, national account opportunities result in much larger work orders, employing up to hundreds of workers for extended periods of time. Both disaster relief projects and national account programs have increased steadily throughout 2010 and 2011 and help offset the effects of seasonal fluctuations in business.

Rapid Response: Using our advanced "Branch in a Box" business model, the company can immediately open a branch office at any remote location to assist with disaster relief and other emergency response efforts. The company has successfully fulfilled numerous emergency and disaster restoration projects during the past few years, including activities associated with flooding in Iowa and Tennessee, Hurricanes Ike and Katrina, the Gulf Oil spill, and the holiday 2010 shopping center fire in Sacramento. In the second half of 2011, Command Center has been active in providing clean-up and recovery crews to flood zones in the Minot, North Dakota area and in East Coast areas including New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania impacted by Hurricane Irene.

Motivated Field Team Members (FTMs): With our Team Member Appreciation Program (TMAP), Command Center offers benefits such as health insurance, safety points that can be redeemed for merchandise, performance rating systems, and electronic pay cards, all of which combine to help produce a highly motivated group of workers. Because these kinds of benefits are rarely available to temp workers at other staffing companies, Command is uniquely positioned to attract and retain better quality workers and maintain a workforce that can repeatedly impress and satisfy customers.

Strength of Temp Sector: Nationally, the staffing industry has been one of the most reliable sources of hiring during this extended economic recovery with high unemployment. The reluctance of businesses - both big and small - to hire back full-time employees in the current climate keeps the door of opportunity wide open for temporary staffing firms like Command Center.

Seasoned Management: CCNI's seasoned management team includes CEO/President Glenn Welstad, who founded Labor Ready (now True Blue, Inc.) in 1989. He and two other Command executives were responsible for guiding and managing the phenomenal growth of Labor Ready into a billion-dollar company, making it the fourth-best performing stock among all U.S. stocks during the 90's decade. Now, with a fresh vision and novel approach to on-demand temp staffing that promotes higher levels of worker and customer satisfaction, Command Center's infrastructure is in place to accommodate substantial revenue growth going forward.
