Our board of directors welcomes your comments, questions and / or requests for materials. Please choose one of the options listed below if:

• You wish to report complaints about Fairchild Semiconductor's accounting, internal accounting controls or auditing matters to the Fairchild Semiconductor Audit Committee.
• You are a Fairchild Semiconductor stockholder and you wish to recommend a candidate to the nominating committee for nomination to the board.
• You wish to send a communication to the Fairchild Semiconductor board or any member of the board, including the lead independent director or the independent directors as a group, regarding any matter.
• You wish to request a free printed copy of our Corporate Governance Guidelines, a Committee Charter, our Code of Business Conduct and Ethics, our Certificate of Incorporation, or our Bylaws.

• All communications and requests will be received and processed by the office of the Secretary of the Fairchild Semiconductor board of directors.
• Complaints relating to Fairchild Semiconductor's accounting, internal accounting controls or auditing matters must be addressed to the Audit Committee and will be forwarded by the Secretary to the Audit Committee. You can report your concerns anonymously or confidentially.
• All recommended nominations to the board must be in writing addressed to the Nominating and Governance Committee, and will be referred to members of the Nominating and Governance Committee.
• Other communications and requests addressed to a specific committee, director or group of directors, including the lead independent director or any independent directors individually or as a group, or the chairman of the board or chairman of a committee, will be received by the Secretary and forwarded by the Secretary to that committee, director or group of directors.
• All communications and requests sent to the board without specified addressees will be received and reviewed by the Secretary and forwarded to the appropriate board member or committee.
• Please note that the board has instructed the Secretary, prior to forwarding any correspondence, to review such correspondence and, in the Secretary's discretion, not to forward items if they are of a commercial or frivolous nature.
