David A. R. Dullum

Mr. Dullum has been a Director since August 23, 2001. From 1995 to the present, Mr. Dullum has been a Partner of New England Partners, a venture capital firm focused on investments in small and medium sized businesses in the Mid-Atlantic and New England regions. From 1973 to 1990, Mr. Dullum was the Managing General Partner of Frontenac Company, a Chicago-based venture capital firm. Mr. Dullum holds a MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business and a BME from the Georgia Institute of Technology.

The board of directors welcomes communications from the Company's stockholders. All communications should be sent directly to the Investor Relations Department. Upon receipt of stockholder correspondence, the Investor Relations Manager will review such correspondence with the Chairman of the Board. On a monthly basis those letters deemed to be of a serious nature by the Chairman of the Board and the Investor Relations Manager will be forwarded to the Chairman of the Ethics Committee for review and resolution, or brought before the full Board for review and resolution.
