Danielle Jones

Danielle Jones has been our Chief Financial Officer since December 2008. From 2004 to 2008 she served as Controller for the fund. Ms. Jones joined our firm in July 2004. Prior to joining Gladstone, Ms. Jones served as a Corporate Accountant for AvalonBay Communities, Inc. Ms. Jones has also worked for American Express Tax & Business Services. Ms. Jones is a CPA with the State of Virginia and holds a BBA from James Madison University.

The board of directors welcomes communications from the Company's stockholders. All communications should be sent directly to the Investor Relations Department. Upon receipt of stockholder correspondence, the Investor Relations Manager will review such correspondence with the Chairman of the Board. On a monthly basis those letters deemed to be of a serious nature by the Chairman of the Board and the Investor Relations Manager will be forwarded to the Chairman of the Ethics Committee for review and resolution, or brought before the full Board for review and resolution.
