Harry T. Brill Jr.

Mr. Brill has been our Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer since May 2001. From 1995 to April 2001, Mr. Brill served as a Personal Financial Advisor. From 1975 to 1995, Mr. Brill held various positions, including Treasurer, Chief Accounting Officer and Controller, with Allied Capital Corporation and its affiliate companies where Mr. Brill was responsible for all of the accounting work for Allied Capital and its family of funds. Mr. Brill received his degree in accounting from Ben Franklin University.

The board of directors welcomes communications from the Company's stockholders. All communications should be sent directly to the Investor Relations Department. Upon receipt of stockholder correspondence, the Investor Relations Manager will review such correspondence with the Chairman of the Board. On a monthly basis those letters deemed to be of a serious nature by the Chairman of the Board and the Investor Relations Manager will be forwarded to the Chairman of the Ethics Committee for review and resolution, or brought before the full Board for review and resolution.
