Mark Perrigo
Mr. Perrigo joined our firm in February 2008 and was appointed to serve as the Chief Financial Officer over Gladstone Investment Corporation. From May 2006 to January 2008, Mr. Perrigo served as Vice President of Finance for Simplicity, Inc. (formerly In Phonic, Inc.). Prior to that, Mr. Perrigo held various positions, including that of Audit Senior Manager, with Ernst & Young, LLP from January 1999 to April 2006. Mr. Perrigo is a CPA in the State of Maryland and received a B.S. degree in accounting from George Mason University.
