Gresford Gray

Mr. Gray has served as the Chief Financial Officer of Gladstone Capital Corporation since April 2008. From 2006 to 2008, Mr. Gray was the Director of Financial Reporting and Analysis at Alion Science and Technology, Inc. From 2002 to 2006 Mr. Gray was employed by The Allied Defense Group, Inc. where he held various positions, including Corporate Controller and Corporate Secretary. From 1998 to 2000, Mr. Gray was an internal auditor at ExxonMobil Corporation. From 1994 to 1998, Mr. Gray was an auditor at PricewaterCoopers LLP based in Buffalo, New York. Mr. Gray is a Certified Public Accountant who holds a BS in Accounting from the State University of New York at Buffalo, as well as an MBA from the University of Virginia.

The board of directors welcomes communications from the Company's stockholders. All communications should be sent directly to the Investor Relations Department. Upon receipt of stockholder correspondence, the Investor Relations Manager will review such correspondence with the Chairman of the Board. On a monthly basis those letters deemed to be of a serious nature by the Chairman of the Board and the Investor Relations Manager will be forwarded to the Chairman of the Ethics Committee for review and resolution, or brought before the full Board for review and resolution.
