We believe in strong corporate governance. When officers and directors are well chosen, and well informed, good decisions follow. As a result, Holloman dedicates itself to the pursuit of "Best Practices" with respect to the structure of its Board of Directors and their ongoing oversight. Our board members and executive officers work as a team. Each member is empowered and encouraged to communicate the experience and wisdom for which they were chosen. The actions of our Board are well documented and appropriately disclosed. We also believe in "transactional transparency." As such, board members are encouraged to request, or design, operational reports which they believe will add value to the Board's deliberations. Our primary goal is to enhance corporate success and the wealth of our shareholders. To achieve that goal, effective corporate governance is a necessity.

Our dedication to strong governance does not end in the boardroom. We understand that strong and balanced internal controls enhance operating efficiency and conserve corporate assets. As a result, we also dedicate ourselves to structuring the best internal control environment practicable.

In a well controlled environment, flexibility and accountability combine to enhance decision making and reduce risk. To be effective, each layer of performance measurement and transaction processing must be designed to accumulate and communicate all and only accurate data. To be efficient, each function must be intelligently assigned and well understood. It's a challenge that requires constant monitoring and refinement.

Each step we take in the design and development of our corporate infrastructure is documented and reviewed on an ongoing basis. This continuous process not only facilitates internal compliance, but also sets the stage for smooth external review. From effective transaction architecture to the meaningful segregation of duties and the selection of the best support professionals – internal controls are a responsibility we cannot afford to ignore.
