Fred Zolla, CEO and Chairman
Mr. Zolla is Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of iMedicor, Inc., formerly Vemics, Inc., a position he has held since the inception of Vemics-Delaware in July 2001. In June of 2009, the Vemics Board of Directors voted to change its corporate name to iMedicor.
Before founding Vemics-Delaware, Mr. Zolla served as the Chief Operating Officer of Educational Video Conferencing, Inc., a publicly traded company in the technology and distance learning fields from 1999 to 2001.
From 1990 to 1999, Mr. Zolla was the President of Distance Learning Associates, the first content aggregator in the K-12 and corporate distributed learning space in the U.S. In 1996, he served on the White House Committee for technology in education that was chaired by then vice-president Al Gore.
Mr. Zolla has taught and lectured in England, France, Italy, Spain, and Korea and throughout the U.S. on the integration of distance learning resources and technology in the classroom and workplace. He served as Chairman of the Board of the New York Film Festival’s non-broadcast division from 1992 through 1995 and remains an active board member.
Craig Stout, Chief COO and Interim CFO
Mr. Stout has served as Chief Operating Officer since November 2005.
Mr. Stout has 20 years of operational and corporate finance experience across multiple industries. Prior to joining Vemics, Mr. Stout consulted to the international reinsurance firm, Renaissance Reinsurance in Hamilton, Bermuda working on operation projects including assisting the conversion to Sarbanes Oxley compliance.
From 2000 to 2005, Mr. Stout worked on a consulting basis to approximately 35 companies accelerating and managing their growth through strategic acquisitions, restructuring and refinancing.
From 1989 to 1991, Mr. Stout was employed by Elders IXL in London as part of a strategic business development group where he was part of the European acquisition team that identified businesses of strategic value to Elders interests, initiated acquisitions and developed the execution plans focused on integrating these new businesses into the Elders corporate structure.
Robert Millar, Senior Vice President - Sales
Robert Millar rejoined iMedicor as Senior Vice President of Sales in July 2010 and has over twenty years successful senior management sales and marketing experience with start-up, early stage, and fortune-size companies in the application software, Internet services, collaboration technology, financial, EDI, healthcare, and computer industries. His experience includes creating and implementing domestic and global marketing strategies for several companies that achieved the market share leadership position.
Mr. Millar was a Director for Vemics Inc. from 2003 to 2005 and served in a combination of roles for both Vemics and iMedicor as Senior Vice President of Sales and Board Advisor since 2005. He has helped several companies to raise capital and is currently a Director for EmphyCorp, Inc. and has been a Board Advisor for North Cell Pharmaceutical, VectraCor, Inc., X-Factor Communications, and RoadMap4Life, where he helped them launch new drugs, medical devices, and online SaaS Model services. Key senior management positions held in the past include: SmartStream Technologies, Zoologic, Inc., CSI Complex Systems, ATS Money Systems, Sharp Electronics, General Electric Information Services, and NCR Corporation.
Mr. Millar holds a BA in Business Administration from Rutgers College and an MBA in Management from Rider College.
John Walber, Executive Producer, Director Social Portal Services
Mr. Walber is Director of Instructional Design and since 2003 has directed iMedicor’s CME activities. As Director, Social Portal Services, he brings his considerable experience in creating on-line communities into the main stream of the Vemics business model.
Prior to joining Vemics, Mr. Walber served as Chief Operating Officer of HorizonLive, Inc. where he was responsible for all aspects of the start-up e-learning portal company. Horizon Live was one of the first on-line collaborative services and one of the early developers of the community portal concept. Mr. Walber also served as Vice President Telco Sales for General Instrument Corporation where he developed and implemented marketing and sales strategies targeted at Regional Bell Operating Companies, GTE and other independent telephone companies.
