• Subscription sales for SocialHIE. Subscriptions are priced at $24.95 per month. If the subscription is generated through a strategic partner, the monthly fee is reduced to $19.95. All of these providers offer physicians a turnkey solution that is intuitive in its design and minimally invasive to the day-to-day clinical workflow at the practice level.
  • Private labeling of iMedicor’s SocialHIE with healthcare management groups.
  • Contracted services associated with iMedicor’s SocialHIE. With its strategic partners, iMedicor offers specific programs that can be customized for a medical practice, hospital, IPA, PPO, MCO or any other healthcare provider to suit the needs of its users. SocialHIE members can benefit from iMedicor’s competitively priced programs and services such as:

    1. EHR system adoption. Robust EHR applications that include practice management components will cost $399-$450 per month and offer physicians a turnkey solution that is intuitive in its design and minimally invasive to the day-to-day clinical workflow at the practice level. All EHR systems offered by iMedicor are fully certified by the ONCHIT and current with Meaningful Use regulations. iMedicor’s revenue share with partners ranges from 27% to 62%.
    2. Hospital Information Systems (HIS). iMedicor’s SocialHIE can customize information communication systems for any size hospital. This service resolves the issue of doctors sending patients to the hospital or hospital-owned specialist practices that are not inside the same EHR/HIE/HIS system. iMedicor’s revenue share varies with each project and ranges from 15% to 40%.
    3. Agency Wide Accounting Client System (AWACS). Designed as a wellness outreach program through the existing Medicaid system, AWACS provides a free wellness exam for the patient. Many doctors do not take advantage of this opportunity because of the large amount of reporting and filings that must be made. iMedicor’s SocialHIE makes it easy for any qualified physician to adopt AWACS, which includes a computer-based program that creates all the required reports directly from office visit charts, records, image files and lab reports. This system streamlines the process for the physician, resulting in better preventative healthcare for the patient, additional revenue for the medical practice, less expense over time for Medicaid, and an additional SocialHIE revenue stream.
    4. Integration Services. SocialHIE can facilitate the accelerated installation of any client’s EHR/HIS/HIE system. Systems integrators used by iMedicor include consulting on network or equipment upgrades or reconfigurations, maximizing the IT infrastructure within the medical practice, and providing security, training and implementation strategies.
  • Commissions generated by Meaningful Use Consulting Services through National HITEC centers. A contracted agent with the New Jersey HITEC (NJ-HITEC) since December 2010, iMedicor is responsible for assisting medical practices (located primarily throughout Northern New Jersey) in selecting the appropriate EHR and then helping them achieve Meaningful Use compliance, which allows for the release of federal reimbursement funds. About $1.4 Billion has been allocated to the HITEC project nationwide, with up to $27 million going to cover doctors within NJ-HITEC’s operating area. As a result of the company’s success with NJ-HITEC, iMedicor has come to the attention of several other of the 63 HITEC centers that are part of the National HITEC project. The company will soon be offering similar services to the HITEC centers servicing New York and California.
  • Fees from ClearLobby, iMedicor’s on-line marketing platform. As iMedicor’s SocialHIE begins to reach critical mass - projected for late 2011/early 2012 – the company will offer access to its rapidly expanding user network in a non-intrusive, click-through, opt-in manner. Primary customers for this service will be pharmas, medical device and supply companies, insurance companies and other healthcare providers who want access to a targeted user base in a deeply profiled environment. ClearLobby changes the dynamic of the relationship between physicians and pharmas (and other suppliers/vendors) by placing control in the hands of the physician and increasing the quality of the encounter far beyond the potential of a direct sales force, whose numbers are declining industry-wide.
