Brian McHugh
Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer

Mr. McHugh is a seasoned finance executive with 29 years of global operational, general and financial leadership, he is responsible for leading LocatePLUS’ financial strength. 

Prior to LocatePLUS, Mr. McHugh worked as a divisional and interim CFO at NEC, DEC and Bailey’s Irish Cream in Europe. He led teams at Lockheed Martin, Leer Automotive and Revlon as well as small to mid-size entrepreneurial companies in the telecommunications, ”Green” de-manufacturing, construction & development, realty, e-commerce, national retailers and multinational distribution business sectors. 

Mr. McHugh holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree from Nottingham in England, and holds accounting qualifications with the CPA and FCCA.

 

Ken Kaiser
EVP and Chief Risk Officer

As EVP and Chief Risk Officer, Kenneth Kaiser leads the risk, compliance and privacy functions of LocatePLUS Holdings Corporation and its subsidiaries. 

Prior to LocatePLUS, Mr. Kaiser enjoyed a distinguished 27-year career with the Federal Bureau of Investigation retiring from the position of Assistant Director. 

As Assistant Director of the Inspection Division Mr. Kaiser ensured compliance and facilitated performance by providing independent evaluations of all FBI divisions and programs both domestically and internationally. As the Assistant Director of the Criminal Investigative Division, Kenneth directed the efforts of over 4,900 special agent resources that provided strategic, operational, investigative, and infrastructure support to all criminal programs.

 

Nicholas Bouchard
Vice President, Finance

Nick is responsible for managing LocatePLUS’ financial functions. Mr. Bouchard’s depth of knowledge of LocatePLUS products and operations comes from 8 years of progressive leadership positions within LocatePLUS. He has helped establish the company as an industry-leading provider of public information and investigative solutions that are currently being used in homeland security, anti-terrorism and crime fighting initiatives. Nick holds an M.B.A. from Endicott College and a B.S. in Finance from Franklin Pierce University.


James W. Waters
Director, Business Development & Marketing

James evaluates and drives new strategic initiatives, business opportunities and relationships for LocatePLUS. Prior to joining LocatePLUS, James was vice president of marketing at Coveo, an enterprise search software company. Prior to Coveo, he managed the go to market business at StreamServe, a leading document management company based in Sweden. He worked with Fast Search & Transfer – acquired by Microsoft (NASDAQ:MSFT) during a time of rapid growth from annual revenue of $36 million in 2002 to $160 million in 2006. Prior to FAST, James held leadership roles in marketing and business operations with PTC (NYSE:PTC), edocs (sold to Siebel) and AVIS Rent A Car Systems (NYSE:CAR). James holds an M.B.A. from Northeastern University in Boston and a B.S. in Marketing from Bridgewater State College. He lives in the Boston area where he coaches soccer and basketball. James also heads pro bono marketing teams for non-profit organizations in and around Boston.

Amanda L. Cunha
Director, Operations

As Director of Operations, Amanda is responsible for running the day to day operations of LocatePLUS Holdings Corporation including our pre-employment screening divisions – Entersect HR and Trubackgrounds. Amanda’s in depth familiarity of LocatePLUS products and operations comes from over 6 years of progressive leadership positions within the LocatePLUS organization. She has held positions in Sales, Customer Service, Product Development and Operations.
Amanda received an Associate degree in Business Administration and is in the process of completing her Bachelor’s degree.
