Mr. Phil Braeuning joins the Natural Blue resources board with a great deal of practical experience in finance and real estate. Born in Cincinnati, Ohio, Mr. Braeuning received an undergraduate degree in Finance from the University of Cincinnati and dual Master degrees in Business Administration from Xavier University (MBA, HMA}.Phil is also credited as first non physician Superintendent of a State Hospital in Ohio.

Mr. Braeuning has worked as a Financial Analysis Expert for the Florida Cost Containment Board and testified as their expert in several legislative and court hearings. Phil assisted in the start up and development of Health Management Associates where he served as served as Director of Development. Phil also has more than 10 years practical experience as a Real Estate investor and contractor for demolition and rebuilding. Phil will contribute to Natural Blue Resources a unique blend of finance and practical experience in the demolition and construction industries.

On September 27, 2010, Jehu Hand was elected as Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Hand, age 54, has been engaged in the practice of corporate and securities law since May 1994 when Hand & Hand incorporated as a law corporation. From January 1991 to December 1992, he was the Vice President, Corporate Counsel and Secretary of Biolase Technologies, Inc., which designs, manufactures and markets dental lasers. He was also a director of Biolase from February 1992 to February 1993. From January 1992 to October 1992, Mr. Hand was Of Counsel to the Law Firm of Lewis, D'Amato, Brisbois & Bisgaard. From January 1991 to January 1992, he was a shareholder of McKittrick, Jackson, DeMarco & Peckenpaugh, a law corporation. Mr. Hand received a J.D. from New York University School of Law and a B.A. in Latin American Studies from Brigham Young University. From 1992 until February, 2010, he was a registered principal of Jackson, Kohle & Co., a broker-dealer and member of FINRA. From April 2009 to July 2010, he was a director and Chairman of the Corporate Governance Committee of Worldwide Energy and Manufacturing, USA. Mr. Hand has served as the chief financial officer or controller of over 20 public companies.

Mr. Montalto has over 10 years of experience in the commercial, educational and industrial demolition and construction industries. Mr. Montalto has been part of every job from the design phase to the finished product. Mr. Montalto's primary goal is meeting customer's construction needs through quality workmanship and maintaining successful relationships with other company owners. Throughout the aspects of every job, Joseph has to make sure that the Company's reputation of offering national construction services, preconstruction, demolition and recovery services, project management and document control are regularly met. While the company is fully staffed with professional personnel, Joseph still oversees and evaluates projects for cost estimates, project scheduling, and works with owners to meet quality and timeframe objectives.
